REQUIREMENTS FOR A SPECIAL TRAVEL DOCUMENT
(There is no cost for this process)
The issuance of this document is strictly in person. For emergencies only.
The applicant must present the following:
- Guatemalan birth certificate or Cédula de Vecindad and photocopy
- 2 passport pictures size (2" x 2")
- Air ticket / flight schedule
